CETS 2022 Annual Meeting

CETS holds two annual face-to-face meetings in addition to our monthly hot topic webinars. Our focus is on sales best practices in call centers, retail and other alternate channels, customer experience strategies and many other consumer and SMB channel related topics. Our 2022-2023 CETS Board of Directors and CETS 2022 Best in Class Award Winners will be announced at our annual meeting. This meeting will be held the same week as the ResearchFirst Telco Sales Channels 2022 Seminar (April 6-8). Please register separately for this event.

COVID Policy: As this is our first face-to-face event in over 2 years, we are asking our attendees to arrive fully vaccinated or with a negative COVID test dated within the past 3 days of arrival. Following Santa Clara county's current policy, we will be adhering to local guidelines and honoring their optional mask policy. We do hope to see you in person to take advantage of all of the discussion material and networking events, but we will also be offering a virtual option for our attendees who are not able to join us in person this year.
