Customer Experience & Telco Sales (CETS)

The Customer Experience & Telco Sales Association (CETS) brings together professionals from the provider and vendor communities responsible for direct and indirect sales channels, customer care, and the customer experience within the Telecom industry. Members share best practices and industry trends in these areas during monthly webinars, peer questions, and two annual face-to-face meetings.

CETS addresses both consumer and small business channels; traditional inbound channels; retail; and alternate channels such door-to-door, e-commerce, MDU, or any other means of meeting customers where they work, play, and live. CETS is modeled after the highly successful BMMA (Broadband Multimedia Marketing Association, www.bmma.us).
