Airport / Ground transportation
The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is around 40 minutes.
The hotels we are looking at do not currently offer shuttle service from the airport.
Taxi service will be around $45 one way.

Located in the heart of the SouthPark area, SouthPark Mall is a Charlotte landmark and one of the largest shopping malls in the region. Anchored by Nordstrom, Belk, Dillard's, Macy's and Neiman Marcus, SouthPark offers stores ranging from luxury fashion such as Burberry and Louis Vuitton to casual staples such as J. SEG Overview
The Sales Executives Group is an informal group of executives from the Telco community responsible for sales and customer care organized by Research First in 2003. This group’s goal is to increase revenues and profits for their respective companies and to improve service provided to their customer base by examining best practices within the industry that can be shared and adopted by other companies.
This is accomplished through the following activities:
1. Two face to face meetings (spring & fall)
2. Regular conference calls on hot topics (quarterly)
3. Benchmarking of high level results collected, normalized, and distributed by Research First
4. Research on specific issues or topics requested by members
5. Quantitative market research project for the group conducted annually by Research First
