Research First Consulting is a market research and marketing consulting firm specializing in new telecommunications needs and technologies. We have been helping our clients better understand their markets through primary research and bringing the industry's best together through telecom conferences and association management since 1988. Our annual conferences address broadband services marketing, consumer services bundling and packaging, as well as sales channel and operations topics.

RFC founded The Broadband Multimedia Marketing Association (BMMA) in 2003, and The Messaging Industry Association (TMIA) in 1998.

Customer Sat Research:

Research First was contracted by a large communications provider to perform customer satisfaction and new product interest research. The drawing for the $500 cash prize took place on April 23. The winner is Goran Tufegdzic of Montreal. We thank all participants for their contribution.
